We loved the convenience of the deluxe king room available with peeling in bathroom as well as air conditioning. Location: the hotel was not far from San Francisco and market Street and Fisherman's Wharf and the Union Square.

perfect spot for city strolls and amazing attractions nearby
This charming hotel is a short 500 meters from Union Square, where I found countless shops and eateries. It's only a brisk 14-minute walk to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The staff was super friendly and I loved how bright and spacious my room felt .

Comfortable beds, great location, available parking though very expensive.
Expensive parking. Small room. No table. No armchairs. Nonexistent air conditioning. Rooms could really use ceiling fans when the weather is warm.

Location
Staff was mostly very unpleasant hardly answered to basic questions, when asked about parking hours at the street they hardly answered and obviously referred to their 32$ a day parking . Bathrom was very small in standard room with partially broken shower head with very low water pressure , when asked to fix it they igonred it and only allegedly fixed it but actually hardly handeled it.

The place is perfect and fairly clean. A lot of options, decent food. Updated, beautiful unit with a view, and lovely staff. Amazing and fantastic location in San Francisco, not far from shopping center, train station and trolley rides, the restaurant, and San Francisco. Besides, easy to get to a people-watching plaza.

The location of the hotel was perfect during the conference.
There was a used pizza box in the room when I checked in. No idea how old it was! Also very few outlets!

Super comfy bed and I loved the blackout drapes! The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk to Powell station and the cable cars.
Felt exceptional, no reason to complain.

Easy overall for downtown activities.
Parking. Not only is the price high, but it was not clear that the $32 a day did not cover 24 hours. We would have parked elsewhere had we known this. Such a policy does not serve those attending all day conferences well at all.
